Report of Suspicious Person Leads to Weapon Violation Arrest of Montgomery Man


Deputy Kayla Little of the Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious person in the Simms community that was claiming that he was out of fuel and needed money. Deputy Little located the people and that led to the arrest of a Montgomery man.

William Oscar Sibley, 40 years old, of 1416 Campground Road, Montgomery, was arrested for Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted

Felon and a Fugitive warrant from Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office.
