Grant Parish Sheriff’s Corporal T.C. Vice was dispatched to a residence in the Bentley community in reference to stolen items and discovered much more. Cpl. Vice found a man slumped over with glass smoking pipes and methamphetamine around him along with a glass smoking pipe in the man’s jacket pocket. The man also had a stolen driver’s license, stolen bank cards, a stolen pistol and large vile of steroids.
Joshua Badgett, 26 years old, of 167 Bruce Road, Dry Prong, was arrested for Simple Burglary, Theft of a Firearm, Illegal Carrying of a Weapon with C.D.S., Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of C.D.S. II (crystal methamphetamine), and Possession of a Legend Drug.
