Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrest of Deville Woman

A traffic stop in the Bagdad community by Grant Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Ethan Hemphill led to the arrest of a Deville woman.

Linda Francis, 62 years old, of 30 Ivan Normand Road, Deville, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Ecstasy, Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
