After POST Level I or II Certification or POST Certified Lateral Transfer


Additional salary compensation for the following, if applicable:

  • Educational

    • Additional $1,200 Annually

    • Associates/Bachelors/Masters Degrees

  • Specialized Divisions (SWAT, Marine/Dive Team, K9, etc.)

  • Prior Experience

    • Additional $2,000 Annually for Two (2) Years of POST Certified Experience
