The Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office received reports of storage buildings being broken into. Corporal John Giles and Deputy Ethan Hemphill were patrolling the storage buildings and caught a man and woman that had just cut the lock off of a unit. They were removing the items and putting them in the vehicle that they were in. Deputies also discovered three other storage units that had been broken into. The couple had a 1 year old infant with them during the burglaries.
Nancy Coke, 36 years old, of 197 Pollock Cemetery Road, Pollock, was arrested for 4 counts of Simple Burglary. Edwin Cody Bordelon, 29 years old, of 2066 Alice Street, Pollock, was arrested for 4 counts of Simple Burglary.
