Sheriff Steven McCain is proud to announce that Deputy Justin Rachel graduated from the Alexandria Regional Police Academy on November 15, 2018. The police academy consisted of 17 weeks of training that involved firearms, physical fitness, defensive tactics, Louisiana laws and much more.
