The Grant Parish Sheriffs’ Office received a report from Southeast Grant Water System that a customer had cut the lock on his water meter three different times, stealing water.
Sergeant Danny Hebert investigated the complaint and arrested Anthony Racina, 38 years old, of 120 Seals Road, Bentley, for Theft and Simple Criminal Damage to Property.
