Grant Parish Sheriff’s Corporal T.C. Vice, Deputies Kerri Null and Justin Rachel were investigating a wanted person from Livingston Parish. During their investigation, they also discovered that he and his associate had crystal methamphetamine, hypodermic needles, glass smoking pipes and digital scales.
Edward McNeely, 49 years old, of 217 Big Island Loop, Deville, was arrested for Possession of C.D.S. II (crystal methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a Fugitive warrant from Livingston Parish.
Harold Steven Foster II, 42 years old, of 179 Red Oak Lane, Dry Prong, was arrested for Possession of C.D.S. II (crystal methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and 3 outstanding warrants from Rapides Parish.
