Grant Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Jordan responded to a business after a report of a man that had dropped what appeared to be a bag of drugs. When Deputy Jordan began speaking to the person, the man fell to his knees and began crying and screaming that he would never do anything to get in trouble.
Deputy Jordan found methamphetamine inside of the bag that had been dropped and also discovered that the man was wanted in Alexandria for Armed Robbery.
Michael Hargrove, 38 years old, of 1519 8th Street, Alexandria, was arrested for Possession of C.D.S. II (methamphetamine) and the outstanding warrant.
