Grant Parish Sheriff Steven McCain is proud to announce that Deputy Cade Fletcher graduated from the National Emergency Management Basic Academy held in conjunction with the Emergency Management Institute. The four week course helped develop skills needed to perform within emergency management, reinforced the qualities needed to manage an emergency management program and addressed strategic and critical thinking during a disaster.
“This is the first time in Grant Parish that we have someone that has been certified to this level. As the Deputy Director of the Grant Parish Office of Emergency Preparedness, Cade Fletcher has learned vital information and skills that allow us to better serve the people of Grant Parish,” stated Sheriff McCain.
