Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office Senior Sergeant James Wooten was dispatched to a store in the Prospect community in reference to a man that had been wandering around in and out of the store for about two hours. When Sgt. Wooten arrived, he located a Pineville man sitting in a vehicle and he was shaking and sweating heavily. Sgt. Wooten discovered methamphetamine and a smoking pipe.
William Greer, 45 years old, of 11 Jordan Road, Pineville, was arrested for Possession of C.D.S. II (methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
