An investigation of burglaries by Detective Ryan James of the Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office led to the arrest of a Verda man for the burglaries and drugs. Dalton Ryan Shows, 26 years old, of 3739 Hwy. 122, Verda, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 2 counts of Theft, Violation of Felony Probation, Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling, 3 counts of Burglary, and 2 counts of Attempted Burglary.
