The Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office received a report of a man that was hallucinating. When Deputy Justin Rachal and Colfax Chief of Police Vic Williams arrived, they met a man who was imagining people that weren’t there. The deputies discovered plastic containers with methamphetamine in them.
Andrew Halko, 60 years old, of 4450 Hwy. 71, Colfax, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine.
