Montgomery Woman Arrested After Investigation of Stolen Identity

Grant Parish Sheriff’s Detective Ryan James investigated a case of activity on a bank account of a deceased woman. The investigation led to the arrest of a Montgomery woman for multiple counts.

Chasity Thomson, 32 years old, of 4740 Hwy. 71, Montgomery, was arrested for 20 counts of Computer Fraud, 20 counts of Identity Theft, 20 counts of Assess Device Fraud, and 20 counts of Illegal Transmission of Monetary Funds.
