Retirement Celebration Held for Dale Whitstine

Sheriff Steven McCain is shown presenting a plaque to Dale Whitstine at a retirement celebration for him for nearly 25 years of service with the Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Also shown in the photo is Sheriff L. R. “Pop” Hataway, he was the Sheriff that hired Whitstine in 1995.
