Criminal Investigation Leads to Arrest of Creola Police Chief

The Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office investigated several complaints involving the Creola Police Department’s Chief of Police.

The investigation led to the arrest of Donald Crooks, 68 years old, of 295 Crooks Lane, Pollock, for the following charges:

· 13 counts of Injuring Public Records · 16 counts of Misdemeanor Sexual Battery · 3 counts of Felony Sexual Battery · Malfeasance in Office
