Grant Parish Sheriff’s Corporal Jimmi McCully noticed a suspicious vehicle at a dumpster site. His investigation led to the arrest of a Pollock woman after she told Cpl. McCully, “You’re going to find it anyway” and handed him a bag of methamphetamine.
Once at the jail with the woman, Corporal MiChelle Pittman discovered another bag of methamphetamine in the woman’s underclothing.
Cynthia Bergeron, 55 years old, of 155 Ashley Drive, Pollock, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Taking Contraband into a Penal Institution, and Probation Violation.
