Report From Business Leads to Drug Arrest of Alexandria Man

Grant Parish Sheriff’s Corporal Kyle Clark responded to a report of a man inside of a vehicle at a business that appeared to be snorting drugs, leading to the arrest of an Alexandria man.

Jimmie Ceasar, Jr., 30 years old, of 3606 6th Street, Alexandria, was arrested for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and an outstanding warrant from Rapides Parish.
