Report of Suspicious Vehicle Results in Arrest of South Carolina Man

Grant Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Ethan Hemphill responded to the Oak Grove community for a suspicious vehicle parked in someone’s yard.

The driver told Deputy Hemphill that he was trying to get to Baton Rouge and became disoriented because of the rain and had pulled into the yard. When he opened the door, Deputy Hemphill saw methamphetamine.

Bryan Day, 45 years old, of 1055 Stoneham Circle, Anderson, South Carolina, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine.
