Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrest of Atlanta Man

A traffic stop in the Simms community by Grant Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Brennan Flory led to the arrest of an Atlanta man after Deputy Flory noticed that the driver was holding a bag of methamphetamine. A syringe and a smoking pipe were also located in the man’s pants.

David McDaniel, 36 years old, of 553 Hwy. 3136, Atlanta, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
