The Civil Department of the Grant Parish Sheriff's Office manages business and legal affairs including property tax collection, sales tax collection, sheriff’s sales, service of civil and criminal subpoenas, seizures, finances and payroll, bonds and fines collection.

Chief Civil Deputy Cade Fletcher is the division's supervisor.  The division is comprised of 7 members assigned to the following branches:

 

• Sales Tax

• Property Tax

• Civil Processes ( Sheriff Seizures, Sales, and Service of Process)
